S7-200 PC Access 的項(xiàng)目與 Windows Explorer 相似，以樹形結(jié)構(gòu)排列，因此用戶使用起來非常簡單便捷。OPC 客戶測(cè)試端以列表格式顯示。當(dāng)PQ0.0有輸出時(shí)，接通光電耦合器S1，光電耦合器是一種把電子信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成為光學(xué)信號(hào)，然后又回復(fù)電子信號(hào)的半導(dǎo)體器件。光電耦合器接通，驅(qū)動(dòng)晶體管T1導(dǎo)通，Q0.0輸出24V。輸出電路輸出的三極管是一個(gè)PNP型的，所以輸出電流只能是從Q0.0流出的，接線時(shí)要注意。 T1實(shí)際規(guī)格為集電極與發(fā)射極耐壓值100V，集電極電流可達(dá)5A。正航公司對(duì)晶體管輸出的技術(shù)規(guī)范為額定電壓24V DC，額定電流為0.75A，在此額定范圍內(nèi)，已留有足夠的余量。 在實(shí)際使用，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有些客戶會(huì)在輸出端接一些電磁閥，接觸器等感性器件。由于感性負(fù)載在接通電源或者斷開電源的一瞬間，會(huì)產(chǎn)生反電動(dòng)勢(shì)電壓，而這個(gè)電壓可高達(dá)幾百伏，很容易擊穿PLC輸出的晶體管。所以我們建議客戶在接感性器件時(shí)，并聯(lián)一個(gè)續(xù)流二極管。晶體管輸出型PLC在接感性負(fù)載時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)燒壞輸出點(diǎn)晶體管的情況，這是由于感性負(fù)載在觸點(diǎn)斷開瞬間會(huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢(shì)，這個(gè)反向電動(dòng)勢(shì)可高達(dá)幾百伏，很容易燒壞輸出點(diǎn)的晶體管。在感性負(fù)載兩端反并聯(lián)一個(gè)續(xù)流二極管，通過續(xù)流二極管和感性負(fù)載構(gòu)成續(xù)流電路
