耐壓儀可以用于測量元器件的絕緣阻抗和測點(diǎn)間耐壓,本系統(tǒng)中主要用于測試?yán)^電器、變壓器等元器件觸點(diǎn)之間的絕緣阻抗和耐壓; 漏電流測試儀主要用于電容的耐壓測試; 信號(hào)發(fā)生器和示波器主要用于元器件的輸入和輸出信號(hào)檢測,本系統(tǒng)中主要用于三端穩(wěn)壓器的輸入和輸出波形檢測,變壓器的輸出和輸出波形檢測; 精密編程電源用于給元器件提供工作電壓激勵(lì)和直流電壓偏置。
WOODWARD 9904-149工控調(diào)速器如圖2所示,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)測量線路通過信號(hào)調(diào)理模塊和大規(guī)模矩陣系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行路由,最終通過多路復(fù)用開關(guān)連接測試儀表與被測元器件,這種設(shè)計(jì)既可以保證測試內(nèi)容的靈活多樣,也可以保證測量線路對不同被測件所產(chǎn)成的誤差影響最小,保證多個(gè)元器件連續(xù)測試的測試一致性和高精度。矩陣系統(tǒng)是針對環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備專門開發(fā)的綜合性矩陣系統(tǒng),可以搭載16塊模式為16×8的子矩陣,形成16×96矩陣系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有交流250V,3A功率信號(hào)的承載能力,同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)10MHz帶寬的高頻信號(hào)通過能力。可是實(shí)現(xiàn)矩陣系統(tǒng)之間級聯(lián),最多可以16個(gè)矩陣系統(tǒng)級聯(lián)。本系統(tǒng)中采用一個(gè)矩陣系統(tǒng),具有16路儀器資源的接入能力,可以將需要的儀器資源切入測量通道與被測老化板進(jìn)行連接;4路為公用儀器資源,可以為老化板提供并行的激勵(lì)。每個(gè)老化板的元器件測試數(shù)量最多為24個(gè)、系統(tǒng)最多可以實(shí)現(xiàn)8個(gè)元器件老化板的同時(shí)測試。
矩陣系統(tǒng)與老化板之間通過多路復(fù)用開關(guān)進(jìn)行連接,并在老化板端進(jìn)行阻抗與屏蔽處理,可以保證任意老化板上任意器件安裝位置上被測對象的高精度測量。2系統(tǒng)原理 系統(tǒng)需要人工將元器件安裝到老化板上,并插入系統(tǒng)對應(yīng)的插槽中。系統(tǒng)在進(jìn)行測試工作之前,會(huì)自動(dòng)檢測目前系統(tǒng)中的硬件資源的狀態(tài),并對儀器資源進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的初始化操作。 在系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)檢測自身狀態(tài)處于正常測試狀態(tài)后,會(huì)通過數(shù)字IO編碼檢測老化板的插入插槽位置和老化板的類型編號(hào)。每個(gè)老化板有多個(gè)元器件安裝,所以系統(tǒng)會(huì)利用通斷原理檢測老化板上元器件的安裝情況,建立相應(yīng)的檢測列表和數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)以存放測試數(shù)據(jù)。
