現(xiàn)有接線方式無法滿足與新建的一套電量采集終端通信，因此，必須進行技術(shù)改造，以滿足電度表表碼上傳的技術(shù)要求。在安裝方案中，主要考慮了以下方案：
將新安裝電量采集終端（如CHL064-5c電能量采集終端）的RS485通信口與iES—E50電能量遠方終端的RS485并接，采用偵聽模式與發(fā)電機出線電度表、總降進線電度表等通信，該新安裝電量采集終端不主動詢問從站，只在從站向主站iES—E50電能量遠方終端發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)時接收數(shù)據(jù)。此方式涉及新購買電能量采集終端（如CHL064-5c）。
AD908AC電纜新安裝電量采集終端直接與所有電度表通信，而原有iES—E50電能量遠方終端改為只與新安裝電量采集終端通過RS485通信。這種方式同第一種，也需要新購買電能量采集終端，而且由于通信規(guī)約的改變增加了調(diào)試費用。
三、探索利用現(xiàn)有iES—E50電能量遠方終端上傳電量數(shù)據(jù)的可行性。
iES-E50電能量遠方終端主要完成電能量數(shù)據(jù)的采集、預(yù)處理和存儲，并通過多種通信線路將數(shù)據(jù)傳送到主站。對于不同類型的智能電能表，終端通過調(diào)用相應(yīng)的電表規(guī)約實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的讀取，并對接收到的數(shù)據(jù)進行處理后帶時標存儲，定時或根據(jù)主站召喚發(fā)送到主站系統(tǒng)；對于脈沖電能表，終端首先對脈沖表的輸出脈沖進行隔離、脈沖整形等處理，然后根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)置的電表參數(shù)將接收的脈沖數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換成電度數(shù)據(jù)，再進行必要的處理后帶時標存儲，最后傳送給主站系統(tǒng)LED是具有二極管特性的發(fā)光管，它只能單方向通電。通常LED亮度輸出與通過LED電流成正比，但白光LED在大電流下會出現(xiàn)飽和現(xiàn)象，發(fā)光效率大幅度降低，甚至失效，因此LED使用電流不能超過其規(guī)格額定值。另外，LED亮度輸出與溫度成反比，所以使用中應(yīng)盡量減少電源發(fā)熱和設(shè)計良好的散熱系統(tǒng)。功率因素是電網(wǎng)對負載的要求。一般70瓦以下的用電器，沒有強制性指標。雖然功率不大的單個用電器功率因素低一點對電網(wǎng)的影響不大，但晚上大家點燈，同類負載太集中，會對電網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生較嚴重的污染。對于30瓦~40瓦的LED驅(qū)動電源，據(jù)說不久的將來，也許會對功率因素方面有一定的指標要求?，F(xiàn)在通行的有兩種：其一是一個恒壓源供多個恒流源，每個恒流源單獨給每路LED供電。i/o in the electrical building, and 1 i/o is distributed in the ground mine substation, phase I substation, the factory electrical building and the duty room of the raw ore 2# pump station respectively.
